Few cities can generate a 10.000 m2 retail center in downtown
area while providing necessary traffic infrastructure. All
parking is located underground, with retail area on the ground
floor. The new structure establishes street space on three
sides. On the south side, a new office building continues
the existing street morphology. On the west a new green area
is established, bordered by a line of pergola-covered pavilions.
The new pedestrian street between the building and the park
widens into squares on both ends.
