Complex is situated at the eastern entrance to the inner city, next to the main roundabout from which you travel in the directions of Serbia, Macedonia and Albania. Exquisite site indicates accentuated architecture - a tower celebrating the new optimism in Kosovo history. Investor's intent was to join a conglomerate of various programmes in one building. Composition is assembled from a horizontal and a vertical volume - lower floors comprise a shopping mall, in the tower three sides of a triangle house three different programmes - apartments, offices and a hotel. Communications systems are created so that each and every programme is completely autonomous, undisturbed by the others. The three basement floors comprise delivery areas and a parking garage for cca 900 cars. The lower volume is enveloped in anodized aluminium plates in different planes, whilst the tower is clad with bright stone from the quarry in the vicinity of Prishtina.
