The design establishes a clear system of public spaces and connections that define the space as the center of the town The main motif is the main square, the paving of which is stretched across the road and thus, establishing is a space of lower dynamics, intended for locals and visitors. The first sign of the new situation could be the welcome portals at the entrance from the Lendava and Sobota sides. The next sign is the clear arrangement of the center. Arranging of the center can only be successful if it involves all the available factors that can be of assistance. Therefore, it is important that by arranging the square across the road, we also invite the Evangelical Church and the retail facility next to it into the composition. Along the square in the most exposed place with dynamic architecture, we are arranging a welcome facility - info center, catering, bicycle rental, bus stop. Along the main axis of the square, a cultural congress center and an administrative building with municipal premises will be arranged (with option of other business facilities). The Mercator building is located on the east side of the square. For its purpose, its import from the main road is regulated right - right, which will increase its attractiveness. Behind of the square, we are arranging two park alleys, which appropriately emphasize the health resort character of the place. Along the western alley between the cultural and sports center or also on the square, occasional market sales can take place. From the roundabout there are alleys to the east towards the entrance to the Livada hotel, and to the west there is a sports center and a parking garage. In the hinterland, we are establishing the potential for three larger facilities - a new hotel on the east side, which nicely supports the park alley, on the west side, a sports hall, which is appropriately located according to the proximity of other sports programs.
