Conversion of a derelict industrial building into a multipurpose centre for sports, events and exhibitions. Centre comprises three cinemas, fitness, squash courts, a children's indoor playground and a cafe and restaurant as well as two separate buildings housing a drive-in and a club. A wide exterior stairway provides a separate access to programs on the upper floor. A spacious plaza is arranged in front of the building, the wooden floor connects exterior and interior spaces. Forests of masts with sails on the eastern side and a dense green area to the south divide the centre from adjoining buildings.
